Israel’s capital city is getting ready for the arrival of about 700,000 visitors over Yom Kippur and Sukkot. Some of the main roads will be closed to private vehicles, leaving the visitors no choice but to take public transportation to reach popular destinations like the Kotel.
Jerusalem is preparing to welcome about 700,000 visitors over Yom Kippur and the Sukkot holiday. Therefore, the frequency of bus and light train lines will be increased and their operating hours will be extended. However, some of the roads will be temporarily closed to private vehicles.
