In order to make the transfer please:

1. Contact your broker or transfer agent to request a "gift" transfer and obtain complete instructions and the proper forms to generate this transaction.
2. Provide your broker with TIP's Tax Identification number: 37-1472882.
3. Have your broker check to see if TIP has an open account with the particular fund you wish to donate.
4. If a new account needs to be opened to accept the transfer of the funds, complete any additional forms. Your broker should be able to inform you if this step is required.
5. Please, send or fax us a copy of the gift instruction letter given to your agent so that we can ensure a smooth transfer.
