Civil Defense officials have instructed all residents within a 7-kilometer radius of the Gaza border area to remain within a maximum 15 seconds from a bomb shelter or protected area – the amount of time residents have to reach shelter once radar detects incoming projectiles and triggers air raid sirens.

12:06 PM A bomb explodes a bus in Tel Aviv on Shaul Hamalech Street, one of Tel Aviv’s main thoroughfares. At least 21 people are injured. Eyewitnesses said the terrorists climbed on the bus, placed the bomb and fled the scene. Ambulances and emergency personal immediately arrived at the scene.
